A Confession By A Navy SEAL

The most difficult is not always the most difficult

I did, admittedly, in my early 20’s and on a rare occasion, broke my arm and took a short holiday off the service

In the picture:
Me in the Red Sea with friends in a hotel pool.
During an intensive counter-terrorism course (after being certified) my officer broke my arm in a Krav-Maga session.
I had to take a vacation, I also had to feel guilty for not participating and suffering and becoming stronger and better with the rest of the team.

I don’t like salt in my apple juice.
But I still have it every damn day for breakfast without the ability to choose.

I pour my heart involuntarily into words, since I found that writing is the ultimate solution for a nightmarish sailing journey. I can still connect with you :)
