Monologue.. Analogue.. Apologue..

The Tide: How come you’re the only squared rock around the vast Ocean?

The Sand: It’s against all laws of nature!

The Rock: I don’t know, actually.. one day I woke up right here, involuntarily stuck.

The Tide: We better do something about it!

The Sand: Bring me some water and I will take care of the rest..

The Rock: Ok.. I am ready, shape me!

The Tide: Today at midnight, I will bring my utmost force.

The Sand: Collect me, than cover him completely.

The Rock: Sure thing, I’ll hold my breath while you take me over.

The Tide: Here I am, flushing you stature!

The Sand: Here I am, chafing your structure!

The Rock: Taking cover….

The Tide: Where have you been? You disappeared!

The Sand: I couldn’t reach you nor sense you!

The Rock: I was here the whole time..

The Tide: You walked away!

The Sand: You escaped us!

The Rock: I was here but I couldn’t bare you.

The Tide: We want to help you!

The Sand: We tried to save you!

The Rock: I appreciate that, but you were hurting me.

The Tide: In order to change this situation we need to wash you away!

The Sand: You need to disolve and be on our side, you can’t stand here on your own.

The Rock: I am sorry, I cannot let you do that, I need to protect myself.

The Tide: If you want to get some help you must turn yourself down!

The Sand: Let us take care of you but first let go! you have to let go!

The Rock: But who is me if you take me away?!

The Tide: There is no you, there is you and me. Listen to me I am sent by the Ocean.

The Sand: There is no you! fade into me, let’s collaborate.

The Rock: But I am Rock, I am no Tide and no Sand.

The Tide: Ok… we understand that, are you willing to be a little flexible?

The Sand: Can I just rub myself against you in daytime with the wind?

The Rock: Yeah, I guess we can try something.

The Sun: I will shine and heat, and dry you out!

The Wind: I will blow and bash, and throw you off!

The Rock: I thought we are taking things slowly? Why so pushy all of a sudden?!

The Sun: This is what I can offer you. That was my soft touch.

The Wind: Do you want my help or..? do you want feel sorry for yourself?

The Tide: He doesn’t understand whispering, I am coming in.

The Sand: I am joining to, you need me here to finish the process!

The Rock: What are you going to do to me?

The S.W.T.S: We are applying the forces of nature, the laws of the planet that’s all. You have to align yourself, you’re standing here for too long, taking energy, space and blocking all to harmonize naturally.

The Rock: But wait, what about all the marine birds that are nestling on top of me? They’ve been building their nests, they’ve been aclimatizing to my shape, to my uniqueness, to my existence.

The Penguine: Damn all that pulling Tide, blowing Wind, drifting Sand and striking Sun….! pfff could I enjoy some rest under this freaking Rock?!

I pour my heart involuntarily into words, since I found that writing is the ultimate solution for a nightmarish sailing journey. I can still connect with you :)
