KEEP SWEET

An imagainary order in which we have grown our blushing cheeks

WH questions were simply misunderstood by the vacationers relaxing on the front porch

Midday ice-tomato-basil juice, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, smiles were stretching over the high fence

Who could tell, a dessert eagle scouts for mice running into “in case they find us” storage bunkers

Many feet, twisted, turned into the different degrees of the mind, murmuring to know a sense of self

Suspicious even troubling heartbeats upon the most intimate hug, monsters under the bed

Stories to be told and skirts to unfold into candy boxes, maybe money leftovers, what a world.

Keep sweet, no matter what.

Now suck this applepie aunty made for you.

Not hungry, is not an answer.

Keep sweet.

I pour my heart involuntarily into words, since I found that writing is the ultimate solution for a nightmarish sailing journey. I can still connect with you :)
