Mortar

I foul, I forgive. I am chaos.
I live with neither intention nor given choice.
I am nothing but mortar. Enlivened, yet not mortal.
Passive progressive, my impulsive nature solely falling into a lack of order.
I simply enter, my water. Where pressure stagger.

Neutral existence to indirectly reply resistance.
I fill up your forgotten promises, empty spaces.
Because if not me, who will? Silence.

Highseas, sealeveled face to face. A mere motion.
Compassion, if you pay enough attention.
You’ll sea.
I carefully listen, but I don’t seek permission.
I’ll be,
Anytime soon and forever out of question.

Deep appreciation,

The Ocean

I pour my heart involuntarily into words, since I found that writing is the ultimate solution for a nightmarish sailing journey. I can still connect with you :)
