They call me Sir

And I never even asked

My best friend doesn’t call me

And everyday I asked

They do what I ask

Before I even asked

My best friend never asks

And never does what I ask

They respect me and not because I need

My best friend doesn’t respect me even if I need

I respect him because he needs to be respected

They say they are here to serve me

I serve them but not because they say

My best friend doesn’t say anything because he is served

He doesn’t serve me even if I say

They show humbleness through their everyday actions

I humble down because life forces me to try

My best friend doesn’t even know, goddam why

Everyday he forgets and passes by

They say there is hope

They hope there is something to say

My best friend hopes but doesn’t learn

He says there is hope but his actions are hopeless

Uncontainable mess, too much nonesense

Empty verbs, vibe control collapses

Thank you Matthew Spira for reminding me to publish it.
Maybe only you could understand.

I pour my heart involuntarily into words, since I found that writing is the ultimate solution for a nightmarish sailing journey. I can still connect with you :)
